Mindfulness for Mums

These workshops are designed to help mothers understand the importance of staying calm and nurturing themselves, in order to be more present with their children, relationship and daily lives. Participants have the opportunity to connect with others and enjoy some much-needed down time. Sessions include, various mindfulness activities and the opportunity to learn how EFT Tapping can be incorporated into your life.

Wellbeing Workshops

Wellbeing workshops are designed to support participants to take a holistic approach to their health and wellbeing. Sessions allow you to connect with others whilst engaging in mindfulness activities including EFT tapping.

 As a Certified EFT Practitioner, I offer workshops and training that support Educators from feeling overwhelmed and burnt out, to feeling calm and in control within their role and beyond.

Educator Wellbeing Workshops

  • Introduction to EFT workshops for Educators – These workshops allow small groups of Educators to have a taster of how EFT/Tapping works.
  • One on one EFT sessions – Personal sessions support Educators to work through any issues they may be experiencing in their personal or professional lives.
  • Support introducing ‘EFT into Early Childhood’ – This is where ‘EFT aware Educators’ incorporate the basic tapping techniques into their daily programs helping children to release fear, sadness, anger, frustration and physical discomforts, allowing them to feel calm and continue with their play and learning.

Educator Wellbeing Workshops are available on demand and specific to your early childhood service requirements.
