By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate information and understand that booking confirmations will be sent using the contact details you provide.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
Divine EFT & Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if circumstances outside our control arise.
Our Shop
Our online shop offers selected products, including the Divine EFT Tapping Teddy, self-care products and digital gift cards.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability or product descriptions without prior notice.
Shipping
The Divine EFT Tapping Teddy is available for shipping within Australia and internationally. The self-care products are only available within Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, postal services or customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply within their country.
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Digital Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are redeemable only through Divine EFT & Wellness for eligible services or products.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns & Refunds
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are always respected.
If your Divine EFT & Wellness Tapping Teddy or self-care products arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy.
Change of mind returns may be considered at our discretion, provided the product is:
unused and in its original condition;
returned in its original packaging; and
returned within a reasonable timeframe.
Return shipping costs for change of mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Gift Cards are generally non-refundable once issued unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

The services offered by Divine EFT & Wellness are designed to support emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical, psychological or psychiatric condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare.
